Currently, ManTech is seeking a highly motivated VTC Administrator to join our team in Falls Church, VA to support the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) components for the Executive Office for Immigration Review EOIR). Primary work responsibilities include managing and providing O&M support for 500+ VTC units as well as being responsible for ensuring all VTC&s are fully integrated with the multiple VTC capabilities across the EOIR courts.

The candidate should have experience and\\or knowledge in the following areas\\Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Knowledge of the primary VTC vendors such as Cisco, Tandberg, Polycom etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in ISDN/IP/SIP gateways, configuration, call routing and ISDN.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrating multiple vendor solutions.
  • Have a strong understanding of ISDN, networking and the convergence of systems such as VoIP and VTC.
  • Administrating enterprise VTC requests activities as well as support for bridging systems, video recording and video streaming systems.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing end user support (preferably for a government customer).
  • Proven experience in implementing solutions\\processes that improve customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of network, be able to troubleshoot network issue with VTC systems.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Tandberg Certified Expert Partner and Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer certifications.
  • Expertise in utilizing the CISCO Telepresence Management Suite.
  • Experience in developing plans for re-engineering and upgrading or replacing existing systems.
  • Knowledge of these specific technologies: Polycom, Tandberg, AMX, Crestron, Extron, Adtran, NT1, IMUX, MUX, various cryptographic equipment.
  • Experience with Cisco redundant VTC Bridge, ISDN Gateway and VCS Gatekeeper.
  • Experience in VTC with 5+ years involved with engineering design and/or VTC help desk experience.

Job Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
