ManTech is currently seeking an experienced Engineer/Scientist, supporting our USMC Communications programs in Charleston, SC. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing environment.

This position will require a current DoD Secret security clearance.

Overview:
Works from specifications to develop or modify complex software programs to enhance an operating system. May give some direction and guidance to less experienced software systems engineers. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages. Modifies, tests, and debugs retail utilities. Packages and engineers releases to integrate with the company's operating systems. Develops and modifies complex software, such as routines supporting multiprogramming, telecommunications and file management.

Required Experience:
Six (6) years of experience in Engineering, Computing, Applied Science, or Technology to include:
Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements. Three (3) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR projects.

Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems or Computer Science.

Job Requirements

Requires Bachelors degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
