ManTech is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer/Analyst supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

Sr. Engineer/Analyst position supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on the Navy&s Aegis program in Dahlgren, Va. Specifically the position involves performance of the following tasks:
• Primary system is Aegis Combat System
• Analysis of tactical data, root cause analysis, and assessment of weapon specification requirements
• Analysis of data, CPCRs and TORs.
• Makes an assessment of program functionality and associated AWS and Non-AWS interfaces
• Support shipboard and at-sea test events
• Must understand CIC operations and be able to articulate system capabilities and limitations based on fleet operations. Must be able to make an assessment of system performance
• Provide written and verbal technical evaluations of capabilities and limitations
• Understanding of databases, queries, and SQL language
• Develop and write analysis reports, criteria, and procedures
• Willing to learn new methods of T&E and analysis tools
• Support element and system level testing at land based site and ships
• Must be able to work independently with minimal oversite.
• Must be able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment
• Attend various review and status meetings
• Support software testing events(land based and shipboard)
• Travel is required in the continental United States and ports located outside of CONUS
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, & Adobe Acrobat
• Standard business work hours – with the exception of travel related tasking

Clearance: Secret

Level of experience/Education:
• United States citizen and an active secret clearance
• Knowledge and experience in Aegis analysis
• T&E Engineer
• Knowledge in BMD mission
• T&E and recent analysis experience
• Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience. Must have a full understand of analysis tools commonly used in Aegis data analysis
• TOR analysis
• CPCR evaluation and assessment

Job Requirements

Level of experience/Education:

• United States citizen and an active secret clearance

• Solid background in system design and testing

• 5-7 years CIAT experience and knowledge testing

• Knowledge and experience in Combat Systems operations

• Well versed in Test & Evaluation

• 10 – 12 years of experience with test and evaluation of the DDG 1000 Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) software

• Motivated self-starter
