Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Subcontracts Admin(s), in the Hanover, MD area, with strong Customer relationships.



As the Subcontracts Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing subcontracts support to our Cyber Solutions Business Unit in our Hanover, MD office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages subcontract staff of 10+ professionals; responsible for the formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for division/product areas and programs. Facilitates effective implementation of subcontracts responsibilities within program objectives and requirements.
  • Oversees proposal preparation and subcontract negotiation.
  • Reviews and resolves issues effecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives.
  • Ensures Subcontracts are administered in accordance with CO502 Policy to support Contractor Purchasing System Review requirements.
  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field, additional training in contract law, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
  • Management experience is required.
  • Clearance is a plus
