Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Project Manager, Foundry Program Office Task Lead (Business Analyst IV) to join our team in the Ft Belvoir, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Description:

-Accountable for maintaining travel budget

-Responsible for over/under burn plan for labor forecast and performing analyst by CLIN and PoP receiving input from management and task leads

-Review travel/ODC charges for accuracy and to ensure all costs remain within funding limits

-Prepare facility journal entries to bill actual charges to customer on a monthly basis

-Schedule students for training courses

-Assist new employees with in-processing by ensuring accounts, access cards, and tokens are set up

-Review invoices for accurate billing to customer

-Keep Program Manager calendar

-Maintain SharePoint/vector website for task-related document sharing

-Schedule conferences and meetings

-Order and distribute office supplies

-Maintain staffing and weekly training reports; providing deliverables to customer weekly or upon request

Education:

‐Bachelor&s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or an equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years of professional experience, or 12 years of professional experience with a related Master&s degree


Skills:

‐Considered an expert authority in discipline

‐Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates


Clearance:

-Must possess an active TS/SCI

Job Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and twelve to fifteen years of related (technical environment) experience including project management experience.
