ManTech is actively seeking talented professionals eager to “secure the future” supporting mission critical programs and solving some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nation's security. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team supporting a high-visibility program as an Operations Specialist at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
To be considered, one must currently hold a current / active TOP SECRET clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and support strategic and operational planning developing Information Operations (IO) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) service concepts for organizational, personnel, equipment, and fiscal resourcing matters.
- Provide technical support in developing innovative combat requirements for the primary customer base and their operating forces.
- Form, train, equip and deploy IO and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) support teams.
- Support operational planning requirements for various audiences using professional planning systems. (MCPP, JOPES, APEX and JOPP)
- Support the customer in developing IO doctrine and policy.
- Support, coordinate and attend exchanges pertaining to Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO), including in-progress reviews, command-level decision forums, and doctrinal reviews and conferences hosted by other services, higher headquarters, and other government agencies.
- Support the sustainment of functional relationships with all Joint, OSD, USG, and partner nation IO-related organizations.
- Support the training, education, and retention of IO planners and MISO personnel to manage the IO subject matter expert employment.
- Support special access environments, to include supporting personnel security administration; i.e. read-ins read-outs and security briefings; manage documentation of required training requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in IO analysis and operational planning and execution.
- Experience supporting major, multi-faceted programs with industry recognized, standard planning techniques, systems and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and properly prioritize multiple tasks in a high-tempo, high-pressure environment by relying on a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment independently and on a team interacting daily with midgrade officers and senior executive leaders.
- Possess strong written and oral communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Professional analytic education, training and experience.
- Formal IO and/or Intelligence training.
- Experience supporting joint operational requirements and global force management.
- Prior military and/or government agency experience.

- Education:
o Required: BS or BA in engineering, mathematics, operations research, military science, or a related technical discipline.
o Desired: Master's Degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, operations research, military science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: At least fifteen (15) years of experience in an operational / program management position, directly related to modern warfare operations and analysis.

Job Requirements

Requires Bachelors degree (in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (DoD and/or Civilian operations management environment) experience.
