Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Operational Telephony Expert in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide expert level guidance about Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and obfuscation methods for each communication platform.
• Present technical information to a broad range of audiences.
• Improve communication systems, platforms, and architecture of various systems mentioned.
• Generate professional technical exploitation reports of interest to IC/DOD customers.

Position Requirements:
• Have at least ten years of mobile communications/ RF experiences
• An Electrical Engineering degree or fifteen years of experience managing, configuring, installing, and maintaining control of US Government Communications Security (COMSEC) up to the TS/ SCI level.
• Expert understanding of operational telephony as it applies to CI/HUMINT operations.
• Must have experience with Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and obfuscation methods for each.
o Experience with Comdial key systems, Nortel Meridian PBX systems, and Lucent ISDN telephones.
• Knowledge of currently available systems, their architecture, and how to improve these systems in the future based on an understanding of advancements in the systems mentioned.
• Willing to travel CONUS and/or OCONUS on TDY to include war zones.

Security Requirements:
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance w/ a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Highly Desired Experience:
• Completed one of the following:
o The Operational Tradecraft Course (OTC) (also known as the Field Tradecraft Course (FTC)
o The Defense Strategic Debriefer's Course (DSDC)
o The Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) or similar HUMINT certification course.
o Basic Technical Operations Course (BTOC) or similar technical operations certification.

Job Requirements

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Minimum education and experience level: High School/GED with seven (7) years of experience. Equivalent education and experience: Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience. Experience with Comdial key systems, Nortel Meridian PBX systems, and Lucent ISDN telephones

Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance

Desired: CompTIA A+, Vendor certifications desired, e.g., Cisco, Polycom
