ManTech is actively seeking talented professionals eager to “secure the future” supporting mission critical programs and solving some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nation's security.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team supporting a HI-VIS program requiring an Information Operations Planner in QUANTICO, VA.

Must currently hold a TOP SECRET clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Information Operations (IO) concepts of operations, plans and orders.
- Support the development, establishment and conduct of IO planning in support of deployed teams, units, and other organizations.
- Provide IO analysis for planning and targeting support to augment designated commands during training, exercises, and deployments.
- Contribute to and support strategic and operational planning teams developing IO and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) organizational, personnel, equipment, and fiscal resourcing concepts.
- Support operational planning requirements for various costumer audiences using a professional planning system. (MCPP, JOPES, APEX and JOPP)
- Support the customer in developing IO doctrine and policy.
- Support, coordinate and attend exchanges pertaining to Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO), including in-progress reviews, command-level decision forums, and doctrinal reviews and conferences hosted by other services, higher headquarters, and other government agencies.
- Support the sustainment of functional relationships with all Joint, OSD, USG, and partner nation IO-related organizations.
- Support the training, education, and retention of IO planners and MISO personnel to manage the IO subject matter expert employment.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of IO analysis and operational experience, not limited to military IO professional, either IO generalist or as an Information Related Capability (IRC) specialist experienced with coordination / collaboration / synchronization of effects among IRCs.
- One or more staff assignments at a headquarters-level or level where complexity and responsibility or equivalent work required acting independently or as a part of a team to develop concepts and produce products of such quality as to be immediately ready for senior level review and approval.
- Experience supporting major, multi-faceted programs with industry recognized, standard planning techniques, systems and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and properly prioritize multiple tasks in a high-tempo, high-pressure environment by relying on a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment on a team interacting daily with midgrade and senior executive leaders.
- Have strong written and oral communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Security Clearance: Active / Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Professional analytic education, training and experience.
- Formal IO and/or Intelligence training.
- Experience supporting joint operational requirements, working with deployed forces and/or one or more deployments as an IO Planner.
- Prior military experience and/or experience in Marine Corps operations.
- Experience working with fusion systems and processes.

- Education:
o Required: BS or BA in engineering, mathematics, operations research, military science, or a related technical discipline.
o Desired:
 Master's Degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, operations research, military science, or a related technical discipline.
 Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I
