ManTech is actively seeking talented professionals eager to “secure the future” supporting mission critical programs and solving some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nation's security.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team supporting a HI-VIS program requiring an Intelligence Analyst in Quantico, VA.
Must currently hold a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Information Operations Intelligence Integration (IOII) support relative to political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, technical, or military issues in specific foreign countries.
- Develop IOII products with meaningful conclusions and concise estimates of target audience activities and areas of interest.
- Analyze and evaluate information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications associated with the information environment, and prepare and present intelligence findings on the information environment on assigned areas of responsibility.
- Support the operational planning and execution of IO and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) to include conducting liaison with other intelligence agencies and operational forces in support of future and daily operations.
- Contribute to and support strategic and operational planning teams developing Information Operations (IO) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) organizational, personnel, equipment, and fiscal resourcing concepts.
- Support the development of IO doctrine and policy.

Required Skills and Experience:
- An active/current TOP SECRET DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE with SCI eligibility.
- 3+ years of experience as a military intelligence analyst utilizing primary and advanced intelligence analysis and fusion tools.
- Experience with analyzing and evaluating information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications associated with information operations regarding social, cultural, political, or economic intelligence analyses.
- Experience planning or providing intelligence support for specific information related capabilities (EW, CYBER, MISO, MILDEC, etc.)
- Formal IO or information related education, training and/or certification (potentially at DOD schools).
- Experience working with the intelligence community outside of the USMC.
- Familiarity and experience working within a professional planning process.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and properly prioritize multiple tasks in a high-tempo, high-pressure environment by relying on a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong written and oral communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior military experience and/or experience in entities like the Center for Advanced Operational Culture and Learning (CAOCL)
- Experience working with global force support and Marine Corps operations.
- Foreign language skills
- Education:
o Required: BS or BA in an Anthropological or related technical or analytical discipline.
o Desired: Master's Degree from an accredited university in an Anthropological or related technical or analytical discipline.
- Experience:
o 3+ years w/Bachelors Degree
o Operational - Intelligence analyst / program manager, directly related to modern warfare intelligence, operations and analysis.
