ManTech is currently seeking Facility Support Specialist for Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group in our Washington, D.C. location. MCIS is a premiere provider of cyber security, systems engineering, program protection, and advanced technical solutions to the Intelligence, Defense, and Fed-Civ communities.

Position Overview:

The contractor supporting this position shall assist the Division Director and Facility Manager in the execution and coordination of daily support operations, including property management, facility management, phone service management, supply and inventory management, and Continuity of Operations (COOP). The contractor will receive documents and controlling of sensitive equipment. Implement best practices for the utilization of office and administrative spaces; conducting facility related surveys and inventories; escorting tradesmen who do not have proper clearances for access into Directorate spaces; and coordinating and ensuring renovation, repair, and preventative maintenance work in the facility; and coordinating facility requirements for inter-office relocation of assigned and reception of newly assigned personnel. Taking action to assure the uninterrupted telephone service, to include wireless devices and STE support, Directorate personnel. Tracking and controlling common use office equipment to assure supplies are adequate to the needs of the organization and that equipment is maintained in an operational status and repaired quickly when problem occur. Participating in the execution of COOP activities for the Directorate as well as emergency building evacuation activities. If necessary, the contractor shall provide support during off-duty hours. The contractor may occasionally be required to return to assigned duty station in order to provide support to facility operations, such as escort duty, and particularly for support for emergency or COOP events. The government will issue a wireless device to the contractor to enable contact or recall for after work hours.

Required Skills:

• An Associate&s Degree from an accredited university or college in a business related field is desired.

• Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities operations, supply and inventory management, phone service, or COOP fields.


• Must possess an active TS/SCI.
