Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate Electrical / ECS / Avionics Technicians and manage resources like support equipment and tools to support Depot level maintenance, TCTO's, and Modifications
• Brief Mod Section Supervisor with scheduling and current status with TCTO's modifications, repairs, and maintenance requirements for Electrical / Avionics systems and subsystems, on or off aircraft
• Enforce maintenance work standards, regulations, technical data and housekeeping within the work area
• Oversee Electrical Technicians as they perform maintenance, operational checks, and troubleshooting
• Oversee and assist Electrical Technicians in Repair assessments and advise Engineers on repair plan and recommendations
• Assist and guide Electrical Technicians in the use and understanding of technical orders, engineering drawings, and wire schematics to accomplish TCTO's and modifications
• Monitor and coordinate daily electrical production activities and ensure schedules are maintained
• Ensure Electrical Technicians follow and enforce all RSAF safety Program Regulations
• Represent all Electrical Technicians in matters between Mod Section Supervisor and RSAF

• 10 years& experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Electrical / Avionics / ECS Technician, 5 years& experience as an F-15 Aircraft Maintenance Electrical / Avionics / ECS Technician, 3 years& experience in Depot Level Aircraft Maintenance Electrical / Avionics / ECS Technician
• 2 years in a supervisory position or a College degree
• 7 Level or higher.
• Read and use Engineering Drawings, Retrofit Incorporated Drawings, (RIDS} Wiring Diagrams, and System Schematics and Aircraft Technical Orders.
• Highly qualified in the use of Wire Repairs Kits.
• Highest Level of troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient Use of electrical test equipment. (Multi-Meter, Power supplies, TTU-205 Tester, AFCS Tester. Proximity Box, Cabin Pressure tester, etc. etc.)
