Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Washington, DC. area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule Manager Appointments and meetings
  • Document and track Director&s Action Group (DAG) action items
  • Document minutes and action items for the following:
    • SCO staff meetings
    • Management Off-sites
    • Working group meetings
    • All-hands meetings
    • PMR reviews
    • Briefing creation and reviews

  • Day-to-day SCO front office management, to include maintaining office schedule, calendar maintenance, coordinating meetings, typing, filing, and ordering office supplies
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit SCO front office correspondence for signature
  • Edit and design documents/presentations/briefings
  • Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements for official Govt. business for SCO front office personnel (Harm&s way, OCONUS and CONUS)
  • Serve as the SharePoint administrator to develop, maintain, and update SCO web pages
  • DAG lead – Track, file, close, and archive Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated both internally and externally to include assigning, consolidating, and evaluating group responses in order to present a timely and accurate product
  • Provide the expertise and support necessary to maintain currency of training/education programs and materials
  • Provide ad hoc support to other SCO management, staff, and external customers


Position Requirements:

  • Education Required: HS Degree or GED
  • Education Desired: Associates Degree
  • Relevant Experience Required: Admin Support or secretarial experience
  • Relevant Experience Desired: Admin support or secretarial experience as it applies to day-to-day customer service and administrative support
  • Office management support for senior executives


Security Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly

Job Requirements

Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and five to six years of related experience and requires initiative, judgment, knowledge, and ability to relieve the executive of administrative details.
