Consulting Services

General Responsibilities:
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, work as a member of a team, and perform other duties, as assigned
• Anticipating needs of Executive Staff and proactively addressing issues with an emphasis on sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality, with appropriate but minimal direction
• Tracking important milestones or actions for Executive staff
• Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications
• Work independently in a teaming environment
• Demonstrate discretion regarding workflow and priorities, in addition to in-depth knowledge of various executives& styles, methods of operation, and authorities.
• Interact with clients, government officials and other executives in the private sector.
• Demonstrates commitment to providing high quality customer service.
• Demonstrates high level of discretion and is able to be trusted with confidential information
• Verbal and written communications must be timely and demonstrate the consistent ability to presents ideas and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, correspondence and other documents.
• Ability to work in Arlington, VA from 8:30 - 5:30PM

Mandatory Skills Requirement:
• B.A./B.S. Degree or higher degree with strong collaboration skills
• Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills, fast learner, detail oriented, strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in fast-paced work environment
• Excellent attention to details and conscientious in adhering to deadlines and deliverables
• An independent thinker who can bring the maturity, initiative, creativity, energy, discipline and commitment needed to support Executive level staff and collaborate with a diverse leadership team
• A high-level performer with the ability to be proactive and respond rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle personal contacts with finesse and diplomacy.
• Must be responsive and adaptive to new information and/or events.
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Deal calmly and effectively with stress
• Candidates must have strong MS Office applications skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills are a must.
• Personable, productive, organized and customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude
• This position requires the ability to maintain an excellent record of attendance/ punctuality
• Must be responsive and adaptive to new information and/or events.
• Location: on-site in Arlington, VA in a team environment with government and contractor employees

Job Requirements

Requires Bachelors degree in business, marketing, sales or computer science and five to seven years of experience in software design, technical product support, or consulting.
