Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Analyst (Intermediate) to join our team in Dahlgren, VA to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

A qualified candidate shall be a trained All-Source Intelligence Analyst and will conduct daily research and analysis of intelligence community databases for information pertinent to the Missile Defense Agency and the Ballistic Missile Defense System deployment activities worldwide. Provide analysis support to the Counterintelligence (CI) covering agent in order to inform the CI OCONUS Travel briefing program and to support CI briefings to the supported program. Receive analytical product requests from the CI covering agent; conduct IC database checks on MDA operating location and in support of specific program technologies to determine if there are any terrorism, CI, or Foreign Intelligence Entity threats or concerns. Write threat assessments, and CI snapshots, update/disseminate for situational awareness as required, and current/emerging trends reported through the IC, local CI, and LE entities at all foreign locations.

In addition, a qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

•Conduct open source and web-based research on classified and unclassified networks to identify, obtain, and analyze relevant criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threat information in support of CIAR. Create CI foreign travel threat briefings and CI Snapshots to convey threat information to the MDA workforce and senior leadership.
•Initiate counterintelligence assessments, analytical reports, biographies of foreign political and military leaders, to provide the threat posed by a FIE or support CI operations.
•Contact U.S. Embassy country teams and Combatant Command (COCOM) staff to obtain current criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threat information. Collaborate and coordinate CI analysis with embassy teams, Regional Security Officers, COCOM CI Staff Officers (CISO), military department CI production centers, Intelligence Community CI elements, and Defense CI and DIA.
•Apply structured analytic techniques to analyze threat information obtained through open source and web-based research to prepare CI analytical products in response to internal and external EIX production requirements; prepare CI threat assessments, analytic reports, advisories, summaries, bulletins, and briefing products.
•Engage and collaborate with DIA, FBI and other national and DoD intelligence production centers to obtain CI threat information or finished products that respond to validated EIX customer requirements.
•Conduct foreign entity name checks using available National and DoD intelligence, CI and LE databases, files and indices in support of the following MDA activities: MDA Small Business Innovative Research Program, Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. case review actions, EPAA site construction and BMDS overseas operations, EPAA site construction and BMDS overseas operations, Test and Evaluation events with foreign delegation observers, and Foreign delegation visits to MDA or CDC facilities.
•Assist in identifying, evaluating, and analyzing trends and patterns of criminal, terrorist, cyber and FIE collection activities.
•Collaborate with the DIA Threat Analysis Center and other intelligence components, conduct research and analysis in support of the MDA Supply Chain Risk Management Program to produce Supply Chain Threat Assessments and Snapshots.
•Prepare draft IIR evaluations on the human intelligence (HUMINT) On-line Tasking and Reporting System (HOT-R).

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI clearance is required.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

•BA/BS required in related field with 3 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant specialized experience and or military related experience without a degree.
•Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability to perform various analytical functions to include CI Analysis & Production, CI collection, CI investigations, CI functional services or other CI technical services.
•Must be able to perform the outlined duties and responsibilities.
•Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
•Some international travel may be required.
